Chāar long

ช้าลง (Thai | verb): to slow down

THURSDAY, FRIDAY, & SATURDAY (most of the time)

12:30PM SITTING | BY APPOINTMENT ONLY | SET MENU

18 - 22 SCOBIE STREET AVENEL VIC

We are a small venue - so we can fill up quickly!

Why rush?

Seasonality, authentic flavours, an open-kitchen, and two passionate owners. Slowing down isn't just a name. It's a choice.

In our homely, small restaurant, we invite you to share an unhurried appreciation of our seasonal Thai set-menu.

Nestled at the feet of the Strathbogie Ranges and a stones throw from the historic Hughes Creek Bridge (constructed in 1859); this modest restaurant draws inspiration from Wang Pradu [วังประดู่] a small village within the Wang Thong District [วังทอง] of Phitsanulok province, central Thailand.

As a small restaurant, we maintain a right to choose group sizes and limit menu changes. Likewise, we cannot accommodate all diets or requests, so please ask before you book.
